I have been doing a few paint by numbers now, and have to say I am impressed with the visability of the numbers. Mi have had some that have been very hard to see also no mixing of paints. I had more than enough paint once finished. The wife loves leopards and this has taken the main place on the wall as she loves it.
I bought 3 paintings at the same time this one , Majestic Tiger and a dragon one. Once shipping starts again I will be ordering more and would like to have a bespoke one too.
Just finished my first ever paint by numbers and Im really pleased with the outcome, I can't wait to get started on my next.
First time ever, in my life, that I’ve attempted a paint by numbers. I needed to concentrate very hard, at times I found myself holding my breath due to applying the paint so carefully - and look at it! I’m very pleased.
I have been working on this painting almost every day since it arrived - for the past two weeks. This was my first time working on a Masterpiece paint-by-number, but my second adult paint-by-number. This canvas was much bigger, making the picture easier to see (and paint). Also, it was nice that all the colors were provided - no mixing colors together to achieve the end product. There was plenty of paint left over in most of the pots, which makes me wonder if maybe I should go back and add another layer of paint in some of the larger areas. There was one thing I wanted to do, but was afraid to try: adding texture to the detail and blending . This painting looks good from a distance, but up close it is easy to see all the colors are discrete and unblended. Maybe you have an instructional video for "finishing touches"?
