I had a lot of fun doing this painting. With each project I will get better! Looking forward to my next one. Definitely handy to have a magnifying glass handy.
This is my 20th paint by number with at least half of them from this site. They are all amazing quality and the attention to detail is great. There are a lot of small areas so I do suggest buying a smaller brush as the ones you get with it just aren’t very good
This was one of the coolest painting to do!!! Very time consuming due to the many small areas, however so worth the effort and time put in it. The details are amazingly portrayed.
This canvas was given to me and I immediately knew it would be a gift for my dad. The castle and parts of the dragon were very intricate and time consuming. The canvas is good quality and there was plenty of paint to finish. Like others have said, the spaces could be numbered better and some spaces were missing numbers all together. The paint brushes provided fell apart and we’re not fine enough for all of the tiny spaces. Overall a fun piece to paint.
I must admit having done the skull pirate immediately before this one with all its intricacies I felt somewhat subdued by all the massive expanses of same colour that goes on in this picture’s background. That being said once I’d done a large amount of the bigger areas of colours in the background and wings it was awesome to watch it come to life. Took two weeks to do and come the end I was sad it was finished. This is my second MBN and it’s a learning curve for what really tickles your taste buds when painting....on the look out for more of the intricate stuff now 👍🏻
The quality of the paints and canvas couldn’t be faulted and there were a lot less unnumbered spaces than in the pirate skull, good job Masterpiece By Numbers!
