This is a great picture to paint, particularly when you have visited Venice. It brings back memories of the Venetian atmosphere - the people, many of which are artisans, discovering the small canals, and stopping for a beer, or a coffee.
In terms of difficulty if the range goes from EASY, MEDIUM, and COMPLICATED I would place it in the 'MEDIUM' category.
All the various shades of colours are there which help create an authentic looking painting, but I had to repaint quite a few sections where the numbers were visible through the first coat. I suppose it comes down to what suits whoever is doing the painting .
Give it a go...you will enjoy it!
This is my first painting by numbers experience and I am enjoying a lot. Lately, found myself waiting for that time of the day when I can paint, quite often. (The brushes included were not the best though)
I wanted to do something special for my Moms birthday this year, so I thought I’d do something a little different and give this a try... I loved doing my first MBN and my Mom also loved this as a present! Can’t wait to do more :)
