I just finished this one, it was a tough one with small small spots...I used a magnifier. I redid a couple things... i changed the colors of the female cardinal...thought she had to much yellow in her ( took a picture of one at my mom's bird feeder) and added a little color to the sky and clouds whisp.
I just finished painting the 'Meadow Menagerie'. I had bought it for myself as an early Christmas present. I had not painted anything for over 30 years. I had a knee replacement and wanted something to work on while recuperating. I LOVED everything about the quality, brushes, paints. I had no problem following the numbers which were clearly printed. Thank you for providing me this opportunity.
Really enjoyed painting Meadow Menagerie, very tricky in the small number portions. I also changed the background colour between the 3rd and 4th fence posts by using the no1 instead of the green. I did modify my ladybirds by painting dots on them, also the dragon fly was changed. This painting is very challenging that’s why it took me 3 months to complete. This is my 5th MPBN painting and have started on my 6th already.
