I like this painting very much. It is the 9th Masterpiece painting I've done. I found it less detailed than most that I've done. I really like the sky and the way the clouds came out ' very beautiful. The ocean was very nice too but I changed some of the browns to blues or whites. The plants on thr rocking chair side I thought were too busy but the plants near the steps were very nice. I lightened up the deck colours as they would in my opinion be too much on the dark side.
Novices and experienced painters would love this painting.
I've done this one twice. Such a pleasure to do and the final results were so rewarding.
This is one of my favorite projects. I love it. I loved the blues very much. It sits in my living room. Guests can’t believe it’s a PBN. I will buy another one. Maybe the Desert Island to go with it.
