Swan Lake review

Loved all the detail in the painting! Colors were well defined but I did change a couple of the real light colors and gave it a darker background. Can’t stress enough the importance of getting an extra set of paint pots tho! I must have 7 or 8 colors in which only one pot was supplied. If I didn’t have the extra set I would tried to stretch out the existing pot!

Painting #21

This painting was very detailed with a lot of tiny cells. I would strongly suggest a magnifier for more precision. The upside of the detail is that the finished painting looks fantastic.

Turned out great !

As with all of the paintings I've done...looks great from a distance! I thought it was over detailed for my personal comfort level. Two/three colors were difficult to cover numbers but I found when doing an area, if I covered the number first that it dried enough to put a second coat over the number to cover it better. I needed additional detail brushes despite not being overly concerned with accuracy in the landscape areas. Sufficient paint was included to complete the painting.

Have not started this one yet. Been working on Riverboat for what seems like forever.
